Terms & Conditions — 77k77 User Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 77k77 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: This agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77k77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the 77k77 platform, including all games, sportsbook markets, promotions, and account features, is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these terms for your personal records.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active 77k77 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
Age Verification Required
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any stage. Accounts failing verification will be suspended.
BDT Account Currency
All 77k77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all supplementary policy documents published by 77k77, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the 77k77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each condition listed below.
- You are at least 18 years of age. The 77k77 Platform is an adults-only service. We do not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or receive any promotional benefit under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the Platform in your personal capacity and for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party, or for commercial data-gathering purposes, is not permitted.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or family member of any of the above of 77k77 or any of its affiliated game providers, technology partners, or payment service providers. Such individuals are prohibited from holding player accounts.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by 77k77 from the Platform. If a player who is subject to an exclusion order attempts to register a new account, that account will be closed upon detection and any balance forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.
- You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, impairment from alcohol or controlled substances, or any other condition that would impair your capacity to make informed decisions regarding gambling activity.
- You are registering only one account. Operating multiple accounts on the 77k77 Platform — whether under your own identity or under any alias — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Age Verification: 77k77 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon detection of any activity that raises age-verification concerns. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts under review are suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Account Registration
To access real-money gaming and sports betting on the 77k77 Platform, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.
Accurate Information
You must provide your real legal name, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a valid email address during registration. Any information found to be materially false will result in immediate account suspension. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current — update them promptly if they change.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77k77 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately. All activity conducted via your account credentials is your responsibility until the point you report a security breach.
Mobile Number Verification
Your registered mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and as the destination for payment processing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. You must use a mobile number that is genuinely registered in your own name. Using a number registered to another individual is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
KYC Compliance
Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. This involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period after being requested will result in withdrawal suspension. 77k77 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete KYC.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 77k77 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not charge any platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet operator or bank may apply their own network charges, which are outside 77k77's control.
The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; higher limits may apply during promotional periods or for newly registered accounts pending verification.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to another individual — are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
- Deposits are credited to your 77k77 BDT wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, deposits will be credited within 30 minutes or you should contact support with your transaction reference.
- 77k77 reserves the right to request proof of deposit ownership at any time. This may include screenshots of the originating wallet transaction. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the deposit being quarantined pending review.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at 77k77's discretion.
- The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP tier, account verification status, and the applicable payment method.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. This policy is enforced to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their source.
- Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within one hour of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods such as BPL match days, Eid holidays, or during platform maintenance windows.
- All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed full identity verification may have withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed. 77k77 is not liable for delays arising from incomplete verification.
- 77k77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional documentation or temporarily placing the account under review. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
77k77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual bonus offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence.
Transparency Commitment: Every 77k77 bonus comes with clearly stated wagering requirements, eligible game categories, maximum bet limits, and expiry windows — all in plain English. We do not alter bonus terms after a player has accepted an offer. The terms you accepted at the point of claiming a bonus are the terms that apply to that bonus in full.
- Bonus Crediting: Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance as a separate balance from your Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements must be met in full on the Bonus Balance before any associated winnings can be transferred to the Real Money Balance and made eligible for withdrawal.
- Wagering Requirements: The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), indicating the total amount of qualifying wagers that must be placed. Only wagers placed with the Bonus Balance count towards fulfilling the requirement unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 0%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each individual bonus offer.
- Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-wager limit applies. This limit is specified in the individual bonus offer. Placing wagers above the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being voided.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the expiry window, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically without further notice.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. You may not claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active or while its wagering requirement remains outstanding.
- Bonus Abuse: 77k77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional mechanics, coordinating wagers with other players to circumvent wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
- VIP Bonuses: Additional bonuses available to VIP Programme members are subject to tier-specific terms communicated at the point of offer. VIP bonuses may carry different wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and expiry windows compared to standard promotional offers.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By accessing and using the 77k77 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these obligations at all times. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
No Fraudulent Activity
Any use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods on the Platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities. This includes chargebacks initiated in bad faith.
No Automated Play
The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or influence game outcomes is prohibited. All wagers must be placed by a human player acting in real time.
No Collusion
Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or promotional activity — including sharing account credentials, coordinating wagers, or exploiting live dealer game mechanics — is prohibited.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, random number generator, or security system used by the 77k77 Platform.
- You must not use the Platform in any way that could damage, overload, impair, or compromise its infrastructure, servers, or network connections, including denial-of-service attacks, scraping, or unauthorised data harvesting.
- You must not reproduce, republish, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the 77k77 Platform, its content, or its intellectual property without prior written permission.
- You must not use the Platform for any money laundering activity. All deposits must represent legitimately sourced funds. 77k77 operates a robust anti-money laundering programme and will cooperate fully with any relevant regulatory or law enforcement enquiry.
- You must not harass, threaten, or abuse 77k77 support staff or other platform participants through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
- You must not access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology with the intent of circumventing geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions placed by 77k77.
Account Suspension & Closure
77k77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the circumstances described in this section. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player-initiated closure or voluntary self-exclusion, the circumstances and any applicable balance treatment will be communicated to the account holder.
- Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your 77k77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the point of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no pending bonuses or wagers are active.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 1 week to permanent exclusion. During any active exclusion period, the account is suspended and marketing communications are ceased immediately.
- Suspension for Investigation: 77k77 may temporarily suspend an account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or age verification failure. During a suspension, the account holder may not withdraw funds until the investigation is concluded. 77k77 will endeavour to complete investigations within 30 business days.
- Closure for Breach: Accounts found to be in material breach of these Terms — including confirmed fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of automated software — will be permanently closed. Any Real Money Balance may be forfeited where it is associated with the prohibited activity. Bonus Balances and associated winnings will be voided in all confirmed breach cases.
- Duplicate Account Closure: Where a player is found to hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and their balances forfeited. The original account (earliest registration date) may be reinstated at 77k77's discretion following a review period.
- Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive — defined as no login activity and no financial transaction — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may have an administrative maintenance fee applied on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence.
Limitation of Liability
The following limitations apply to 77k77's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform. These provisions do not limit liability in circumstances where applicable law prohibits such limitation, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- 77k77 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77k77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 77k77 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, connectivity failures, or software bugs — that results in a game being played under incorrect conditions or an incorrect outcome being displayed, 77k77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's Real Money Balance. No further liability shall attach to 77k77 in such circumstances.
- 77k77 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or technology partners, including delays, errors, or service interruptions on the part of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other integrated service provider.
- Force Majeure: 77k77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, 77k77 will notify affected players as soon as practicable and will endeavour to restore normal service at the earliest opportunity.
Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation into another language, the English-language version shall prevail. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be governed by these English-language provisions as the definitive and binding version.
Amendments: 77k77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
